• Members will receive one microbiome test per year as part of the membership benefits. The testing includes:

• The testing is subject to the guidelines provided by Emma Health and must be scheduled through our platform.

• Members will receive customized supplements based on their microbiome testing results. These supplements will be delivered to the member’s home on a regular basis (up to  4 shipments per year). The supplements are tailored to enhance gut health and overall well-being based on your microbiome profile. 

• Note: 

• Supplements are personalized, and their formulation may vary based on your latest test results. 

• Supplements are non-transferable and for personal use only. 

3. Unlimited Access to Emma Health Platform 

• Members have unlimited access to the Emma Health platform, which offers: 

• Personalized guidance for microbiome management 

• Educational resources focused on improving chronic health conditions 

• The platform is available 24/7, and concierge services can be accessed during regular business hours or by appointment through the platform. 4. Founding Membership Retreat 

• As a Founding Member, you will receive an invitation to a 3-day retreat in Costa Rica focused on Gut Health and Transformation. The retreat includes: • Educational workshops led by experts on gut health and microbiome care 

• Access to wellness and mindfulness activities 

• Exclusions: 

• Travel expenses to and from Costa Rica are not included. 

• Accommodations during the retreat are not included. 

• This retreat has a one-time value of $20,000 and is non-transferable. 

• The retreat must be scheduled and attended within 18 months of membership activation, subject to availability.
